There are spaces as small as just a wall for art or print work and there are spaces larger than 1,ooo square feet for anything you can imagine.

The Sales Floor layout is customizable. So you can rent what's currently laid out, or we can spread, mix or tweak things to get you the square footage and the location that you want. 

There are 2o Display Cases ranging from $6o to $15o a month.

There are big cases, small cases, square-shaped cases, diamond shaped cases.. some with lighting, some without.. some with shelving, some without.

We have Studio Spaces ranging from $2oo to $1,2oo a month, both on the Sales Floor and in the Warehouse.

From Private in the back with Keyed Entry to Right-Out-In-The-Open on the Sales Floor.

Studio Space would be great for Artists, Barbers, Musicians/Bands or any other small business you can think of. 

Storage Bays start as low as $25 a month!

We have thousands of square feet of warehouse style storage available in the back. We have a loading dock, high ceilings and spaces big and small to help safely house whatever you want to store.
